Why 20/20 Racing
Hindsight / Forsight
/ Clear Vision
The 20/20 Racing program combines 3 basic fundamental
elements to make you a faster, safer, more
"under control" rider. The program
begins and ends with our proven philosophy.
20/20
Racing Academy is a multi-level school that
incorporates all the required skills (education) to
help you improve your riding skills and give you the
foundation you need to reach your goals. Each
level builds on and enhances the skills previously
learned. Not only does Ike teach you how to be a
better rider, he teaches you how to practice and what
to practice in order to be able to improve (mentally
& physically).
No two people are the same or at the
same riding level. This is the reason we
structured the academy to cater to all riding and
racing levels. We accept students of all riding
and racing levels and give them the required
education they will need to get to the next level in
their riding program. I always relate learning to
eating... you can only eat so much then you need time
to digest that food and then come back for more. The
same applies to learning.
For atheletes of any sport or
activity, In all of your performances (practice or
racing) you must repeat the performance or do a
little bit better every time. If you do better it
becomes your new standard to match in your subsequent
performances. In this way you are assured of
accurate, consistent, realistic, fair and reliable
standards to mark and chart your progress and to
compete against yourself (self competition).
A top rider is always compelled to
evaluate his performance so that he can apply what he
has learned and so that he does not repeat the same
mistake. Repeating the mistakes makes him part of the
problem. Applying what you have learned to improve
your racing makes you part of the solution. Become
part of the solution, not part of the problem!
These fundamentals will not only make
you a faster rider, they will make you a much safer
rider. You can only ride as fast as you can control.
Beyond this point, you are out of control, which
spells an accident. All riders, whether its a trails
rider, weekend warrior, MX rider, enduro rider, etc.
will benefit from this school.
